A conversation-first configurator for an online tracker seller: shoppers describe their vehicle and priorities, an AI assistant guides them, and a 3D tracker assembly animates to match. It suggests a provisional setup, with an unsent email-request preview and a pre-filled cart in development.

An AI agent reviews customer accounts through the client's existing web portal, grades device health from dashboard screenshots, and drafts short personalized emails behind quality checks. A companion team-chat bot returns on-demand account lookups, with an approve-to-send step for each draft.

A cold-email system sends personalized outreach in the owner's name to property managers and commercial contacts on weekdays under a daily cap, each opening with a researched, property-specific line. Unsubscribe handling is built in, and the owner and team review email bodies as sending runs.

An automation sorted inbound social-media lead submissions for a GPS tracking company, leaving business leads with the sales team and drafting replies for individual leads. An AI writer and an AI reviewer produced casual, text-message-style replies from the client's own templates.
Pipelines that watch news, public records, and market data, then research and score the prospects worth contacting.
A nightly pipeline scans local news and public social posts for thefts from businesses, identifies the victim when named, researches its decision-makers, and scores each lead. A morning email digest sends ranked leads to a GPS tracking company's team, with one-click fit and not-a-fit feedback links.
A map-based parcel research platform for a real estate investor combines assessor, tax, sales, permit and zoning data with saved lists and invite-only access, fed by automated ingestion. A reject-first screening engine is being built to narrow parcels to a candidate set on a color-coded map.
A private browser extension pulls a mortgage brokerage's past-client loans from its CRM, adds current loan pricing, and lets the broker sort refinance candidates by rate improvement. Branded mortgage calculators with a lead-capture form feeding the CRM were also built for the client's website.

A nightly pipeline scans a curated set of regional real estate news and industry sites, uses AI research to qualify articles for facility-service opportunity, and finds the decision-makers behind them. It creates research leads in the client's CRM and emails the owner a daily HTML lead report.

A research dataset of regional businesses across many target industries is being built to widen a sales team's prospect pool, combining map listings, a small professional-network export and AI web research into deduplicated records. A first outreach campaign drawn from it began in late September.

A Chrome extension inside a brokerage's Salesforce CRM lets the team click to call, work through a contact's numbers in sequence, drop AI-voice voicemails, and log each call as a CRM task. AI summaries and email drafts are being hardened in weekly sprints, with production release pending approval.

A phone tree for a construction office line is being built on a legacy cloud phone platform: a keypress challenge screens callers, then a department menu routes them to the right person. An AI call screener is being evaluated, and nothing carries live traffic.

An AI phone agent for a moving company answers incoming calls, collects new-quote details, and saves interested callers as leads in the company's own CRM through custom API endpoints. Existing or frustrated callers are handed to staff; it was demonstrated in July and later reported deployed.
Custom CRMs, import tools, and dashboards built around how the team actually works.
A review-first tool in development compares results spreadsheets with an organizer's CRM row by row, proposing which records to add or reuse. It flags ambiguous or duplicate-looking rows, and the client team began supervised test runs against its CRM in October.
A web tool checks contact spreadsheets against a tournament organizer's CRM by email and sorts each row into a green (new), yellow (existing, with proposed changes) or red (needs a decision) tier. Staff review and edit rows before approving, so duplicates are caught before anything is written.
A mobile-friendly opinion survey sent by email link, plus a password-protected dashboard where a researcher manages question sets and audience lists and reviews responses by demographic group. Weekly question sets are being refined after a small test send to client contacts and the team.
A login-protected web app lets a small editorial team edit, cross-reference, review and publish a specialist reference dictionary. It supports draft and published saving, acronym and see-also links, a review queue, role-limited collaborators, an activity log and Word and PDF export.
A custom CRM replaced an off-the-shelf tool for a boutique investment bank, tracking firms, contacts and deals through a tiered seller pipeline with cadence-based follow-up tasks. It adds stage-gated deal workflows, a buyer tracker and role-based access, and was handed over with developer training.
A quote-first CRM built for a manufactured-home retailer imports factory price sheets through a human review step and tracks each customer in a sales pipeline. It produces an internal quote with cost and markup and a customer-facing quote saved as a snapshot, with markup and transport kept manual.
A link-shared web dashboard was built for a lead email campaign, showing opens, engagement by location on a map, and replies by date, weekday versus weekend and outreach touch, with a custom date slicer. It was demoed to the client twice; time-of-day views and bar charts were requested next.
A leadership dashboard shows one weekly row per direct report, tracking whether meetings were held and how quarterly goals are progressing. A leadership view rolls this up and employees get a restricted view to confirm their own meetings; the client had seen it, and adoption is unconfirmed.

A scheduled worker reads forwarded lead-notification emails and creates linked organization, person, and deal records in the client's CRM, with duplicate protection and the source email attached. A follow-on automation that writes positive campaign replies back into the CRM is in progress.
Tools that read, redact, file, and generate documents so back-office work stops being manual.
A Windows desktop app finds and redacts sensitive details in PDFs, Word files, and scans using a local AI model plus pattern and dictionary rules, all on the user's own machine. Staff confirm each detection in a review screen, and redactions are true PDF redactions that remove the underlying text.
A multi-step web app turns a job entry into a multi-page broker opinion of value PDF through Adobe InDesign templates, with a comparables picker, a map polygon tool and page toggles, building on earlier team-sheet automation. It is being refined from broker feedback, with listings prefill next.

A pipeline classifies, renames and files emailed contract and property documents into per-property cloud folders, flagging unmatched files for a person. The first version was paused at the client's request because it marked emails as read; a revised version is built but not yet installed there.

An AI proposal generator turns recorded site walkthroughs into branded PDF and Word janitorial proposals, filling a locked template and building each scope from a per-space task library. Unstated prices stay as flagged placeholders, and first drafts from real recordings await owner review.
Records access and coding-support tools for home health and hospice teams, with people reviewing the output.
A secure archive built from a home health agency's legacy records export lets staff search patients by name, birth date or chart number and open PDFs, so the agency can retire paid access to its old system. It is in internal testing, with older charts partly covered; client-cloud delivery is ahead.
A hospice coding mode in a home health agency's clinical-documentation web app turns uploaded documents into a table of suggested hospice ICD-10 codes, each tied to its source page and quote, for coder review. It is in private testing with the client; our own checks used fictional documents.
Intake, inventory, scheduling, and mobile tools that turn day-to-day operations into guided workflows.
A consignment retailer is getting a website intake form to replace an email chase: it captures item details and photos, sends an automatic acknowledgment, and produces an owner-priced proposal page. A second sprint will add date-stamped acceptance with pickup or drop-off scheduling.
A mobile web app reads nameplate photos with OCR and AI into inventory records, then guides technicians through test, repair and cleaning checklists with time tracking. It is in production on the client's cloud; a completed checklist builder and machine search are being prepared for release.
The team stabilized a creator marketplace app for iOS, fixing purchase and navigation bugs and adding wallet credits and purchase history in the client's own repository. The client reviewed the work in demos and has put further work on hold.
A prototype scheduling tool for an orthodontic practice consultancy groups an uploaded procedure export into appointment classes, sets up multi-day templates, and flags conflicts and buffer shortages. It was demonstrated through June, was not validated on real practice schedules, and then paused.
Marketing sites, search and AI-answer visibility, social content, and video ads for growing businesses.
An AI agent drafts location-specific social posts for a franchise network from fact files built from the company's project documents, checking each draft for banned claims and unsupported numbers. Drafts wait for a person to approve or edit, and a prototype has published test posts.

Search and AI-answer optimization for a franchise network's live site, including an SEO audit, consolidated duplicate pages, crawlable city links, crawler rules, a machine-readable site summary and a content-accuracy pass. A static-site rebuild with an accessibility menu exists only as a preview.

A source-backed sales knowledge base, built from the owner's emails and sales documents, grounds an AI assistant that drafts first-touch emails and network messages by customer segment. A scheduled agent refreshed it daily through late September, and every draft is human-reviewed before sending.

An in-house CRM and daily planner for an AI agency's sales process, with a pipeline board, stalled-deal tracking, calendar-aware planning, and email help that only files drafts for review. It also has a calling workspace and a mobile follow-up timeline.
An in-house web app prototype for real estate investors pulls county property-transfer recordings, reads the scanned documents with OCR, and is designed to attach source-backed research to each property. It also has a call-prep brief, a browser dialer, and alert emails.
An in-house event tool is being built to draft, preview, and publish listings across several platforms, with a separate approval for every publish, edit, or cancellation. It keeps an immutable revision history, is designed to encrypt attendee data, and is still in shadow mode.
An in-house tool turned a room's conversation into LLM-generated voting questions, a refined problem statement, and ranked topics on a projector, with attendees joining by QR code. Later builds added on-device transcription, memory across sessions and recaps; one was piloted at a July meetup.
An in-house lead finder was built to read local news for buying triggers, find the decision-makers behind each story, and score leads into an HTML email digest. A new industry takes configuration files, not code, and a sample site shows it on illustrative data.
An in-house email platform sent rate-limited campaigns from connected mailboxes, with signed open tracking and a reply dashboard, carrying thousands of live emails before it was retired. Later features, like bounce auto-pause, only ran against a simulated mail service.

Yes. Projects often connect to a CRM, a mailbox or calendar, a phone system, spreadsheets and CSV exports, public data sources, and other tools a business already has. The right approach depends on the systems, permissions, and data involved in each project.
It can when the requirements call for it. Some projects in the portfolio are designed to process sensitive documents and records on the user's own machine or on infrastructure the client controls, instead of sending them to a hosted model. Whether that is the right design depends on the data involved.
Yes. Alongside software, the portfolio covers websites and search visibility work, outbound marketing systems, AI-generated video ads, and workflow-mapping work. Some of the systems we build are ones we run for ourselves.
