What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and whether you opted into our premium tier. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data through our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely to contact you about our internship program and related services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may receive or process data:

Google Forms: We submit your waitlist information to Google Forms for storage. Google processes this data under their privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Meta Pixel: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for website analytics and advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel sets a first-party cookie (_fbp) and tracks page views and button clicks. Meta processes this data under their privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources, and engagement. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not send waitlist emails, form contents, or payment details to Google Analytics. Google explains how it processes this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Vercel Web Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure privacy-focused, aggregated page views, routes, referrers, and device information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Vercel processes this data under its privacy notice at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to send your IP address to Google servers. Google processes this data under their privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Stripe: The $1.99 AI Roadmap purchase redirects you to a Stripe Payment Link for checkout. Stripe processes your payment and card details under their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We do not collect or store payment card details on our website.

Our website contains outbound links to Calendly and LinkedIn. These are external sites that operate under their own privacy policies. We do not send your data to these services; you navigate to them voluntarily.

Cookies and Tracking

The Meta Pixel sets a first-party cookie (_fbp) for analytics and advertising measurement. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. These services measure page views and site interactions; the Meta Pixel also tracks selected call-to-action events such as waitlist submissions, Calendly clicks, and LinkedIn clicks.

Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals or the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may continue to collect measurement data regardless of these signals. You can opt out of Meta tracking through your Facebook ad preferences and control Google Analytics collection with browser privacy settings or Google's available opt-out tools.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at privacy@automationinterns.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until you request its removal or until we no longer need it for the purpose for which it was collected. To request removal, email privacy@automationinterns.com.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Waitlist data is transmitted directly to Google Forms over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
