AI Sales Codex bridge: data notice

Purpose and access
The AI Sales Codex bridge connects conversations in the AI Sales Google Chat space to Codex tasks for sales work. Jon authorizes the bridge to read Google Chat messages using his Google account. Google's permission covers messages available to that account; the bridge's subscription and readers are configured to process only the AI Sales space.
The bridge processes messages, author identifiers, timestamps, edits, deletions, reactions, and attachment references. It retrieves attachment contents when needed for a requested task and when accessible. It sends replies using the Codex bot identity. Participants do not individually grant access to their accounts.
Processing and sharing
Bound conversations are copied into Codex tasks in the shared lead-enrichment project. Codex processes that content to carry out participants' requests. Its completed progress messages, questions, and results are posted back into the original Google Chat conversation, where other space participants can see them.
Google provides Chat and event transport. OpenAI provides Codex processing under the organization's account settings and applicable service terms. Requested work can use connected tools and services subject to the task's authorization. The bridge does not sell Chat data or use it for advertising, and its own code does not train AI models.
Storage and retention
The bridge stores event records, task bindings, delivery receipts, and retrieved attachments in a private local runtime directory on the execution Mac. Codex retains task history separately. The bridge currently has no automatic deletion schedule. Records remain until removed through an operator-managed process.
Editing or deleting a message in Google Chat creates a correction record in Codex; it does not erase copies already stored or processed. Revoking Google consent stops future authorized reads but does not itself erase earlier records.
Access and contact
Local runtime files are restricted to the operating-system account. Codex task access follows the execution environment's access controls. Google Chat replies remain visible to participants with access to the original conversation.
